Knaix (pronounced "/naks/" like "knocks") is the high-performance orchestration engine behind the Kovalent Private AI platform. The CLI is built in Rust to give developers a single, fast binary for managing the Kovalent platform.

Core philosophy
Most AI platforms treat your terminal as just another thin client for a public API. Knaix treats your machine as a first-class peer in your mesh. When you log in, your device becomes part of the shared state, letting you interact with isolated nodes as if they were running locally, without exposing them to the internet.
